IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience with virtualization/cloud computing technologies with VMware
- Experience in working with firewalls/routers/switches (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
- Providing advanced Windows sever Support on Active Directory Group Policy, and DNS experience
- Experience working with ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto RMM
- Work with the team to provide server administration
- Support projects to implement, upgrade and support hardware/software systems
- Provide/implement general best practices and security posture
- Previous MSP or IT Consultancy firm experience for consideration
