Our current need is on our West Coast Help Desk team for a IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) who will handle L1 and L2 issues. We utilize the full ConnectWise suite (Manage, Automate, Control) to assist end users.

The IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) must be comfortable with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows OS, Windows Server (up to version 2019), O365 administration, VMware or Hyper-V, general network troubleshooting, and Azure AD.

IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) Technical Requirements:

  • Desktop support and deployment — Windows 10, Windows 11, Apple
  • Windows Server maintenance — Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Windows 2019, Windows 2022, Active Directory
  • Wireless network support and deployment — Meraki, Cisco, Aruba
  • Email account maintenance — Microsoft Online Services, Google Workspace
  • Endpoint Detection and Response — SentinelOne
  • Backup — SolarWinds MSP Backup, Veeam
  • Mobile device support — Apple, Android
  • Office Applications — Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Service Desk support by phone or email
  • Coordinating vendors for support, onsite maintenance, and installations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on servers and workstations which includes antivirus, windows updates, memory, and storage checks.
  • Remote support of desktop and application-related issues.
  • Assist team in projects that include network installs, wireless implementations, and new builds.
