About

IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support using ConnectWise
  • Assist senior engineers with some project based work
  • Support technologies including but limited to O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Servers
  • Troubleshoot end user issues, provide desktop support
  • Server administration and basic network troubleshooting

IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience using ConnectWise
  • 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Experience supporting O365, Active Directory required
  • Experience working with Azure AD, VMware, Hyper-V preferred

IT Helpdesk Support (Entry Level) -MSP Benefits:

  • Salary: $45,000-$50,000
