IT Helpdesk Support (Junior Level) MSP Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support using ConnectWise
- Assist senior engineers with some project based work
- Support technologies including but limited to O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Servers
- Troubleshoot end user issues, provide desktop support
- Server administration and basic network troubleshooting
IT Helpdesk Support (Junior Level) MSP Requirements:
- 1+ year experience using ConnectWise
- 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- Experience supporting O365, Active Directory required
- Experience working with Azure AD, VMware, Hyper-V preferred
