IT Helpdesk Support Tier II (MSP) Required Experience:
- MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- 2+ years experience with ConnectWise preferred
- Experience supporting Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 and 2022 Servers
- Onsite installing, administering, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite)
- Experience with M365 and Azure Entra ID administration
- Experience supporting HyperV, Vmware OR Azure Virtual Machines
- Network administration & experience with Firewalls; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
