IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP)

We are currently looking for a IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP) to join our growing team of Engineers.

IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP) will be joining an exciting and well established MSP with a heavy focus on providing custom solutions to our client base. IT Helpdesk Support Tier III (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary escalation point from tier 1 and tier 2 support technicians
  • Support of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, and hardware
  • Virtualization design, implementation, and support (VMware, Hyper-V, Xen)
  • Completion of Microsoft 365/Azure administration and migrations
  • Device firmware and OS patching/upgrades as required
  • Setup, configuration, administration, of firewalls and firewall clusters along with multi-site policy configurations.
  • System backup and recovery procedures and techniques.
