IT Helpdesk Technician (ConnectWise) Job Requirements:
- Experience providing desktop support
- Strong background with Windows OS
- Experience Supporting Windows Servers
- Experience troubleshooting and administering M365
- Networking/troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting HyperV
- Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Azure Entra ID
- 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required**
- Certifications a major plus such as CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Azure fundamentals
