IT Operations Manager (MSP) Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management and oversight to service technicians daily activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of client requests and support tickets.
- When required, coordinate and prioritize technician schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet client service level agreements.
- Act as a liaison between service technicians and clients, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any service-related issues.
- Develop business proposals and associated project estimates/schedules; manage project workflows from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, tracking, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- During project execution, be present on site to monitor service delivery and project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of service technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with the owner to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at business growth and expansion.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
