IT Project Engineer – Managed Services/ Hybrid Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from planning to implementation.
- Work with CTO and Project Manager on Project based initiatives for clients
- Participate and Update Clients on Client Projects or Presentations
- Responsible for project scoping, meeting with clients and pitching solutions, conducting quarterly business reviews, and completing network assessments
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
IT Project Engineer – Managed Services/ Hybrid Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ year of MSP industry experience
- Configuring and managing firewalls, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Serving as a member of the Project Delivery teams by providing hands-on technical support for complex projects
- Configure servers and other critical components in Azure
- Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012-2019
- Extensive experience working and understanding working with VMware and/or Hyper-V
- P2V and V2V migrations experience
- Ticketing and RMM experience (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ITGlue, Datto, etc.)
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
