IT Project Manager & IT Manager (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader on the team and assist junior technicians
- Serve as a consultant to client by recommending, architecting and implementing solutions custom to each client
- Complete projects such as O365 migrations
- Configure and support firewall configurations
- Support cloud set up, configurations, design, and support.• Extreme Proficiency Microsoft Active Directory Services
- Implementation of Microsoft systems, virtualization cloud, and workstation projects
- Implementation of network-level projects: WAN, LAN, and Wifi connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Work with the Project Manager to plan and document project delivery (Implementation and Schedule)
- Complete the approved Initiative Status and Review (IS&R) document and obtain sign off from the Project Coordinator
- Implement assigned projects based on the documented project delivery plan
IT Project Manager & IT Manager (MSP) Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working for Managed Service Provider REQUIRED*
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with public cloud technologies and specifically Microsoft Azure and Office 365. (setup, configuration, design and support of cloud-based workloads).
- Intermediate to advanced networking skills
- O365 Migration experience
- PMP Certification highly preferred
- Must have leadership experience managed an internal team
- Must have experience in Company operations such as processes, policies, best practice’s, etc.
- Experience managing small projects including project planning
- ConnectWise Experience preferred.
