IT Recruiter (Direct Hire Only) – “Staff the Cloud” Overview:
- Technical Recruiters are responsible for sourcing talent through Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Writing Job Ads, Referrals, etc.
- We’re a niche staffing firm, so we have high “recyclability” meaning we can recycle our best candidates by sending them out to multiple clients for similar positions
- Technical Recruiters conduct phone and video interviews to identify qualified talent
- Technical Recruiters work closely with the Account Management team to match interviewed candidates with the right job opportunities
IT Recruiter (Direct Hire Only) – “Staff the Cloud” Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a staffing firm
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and a challenge seeker
IT Recruiter (Direct Hire Only) – “Staff the Cloud” Salary + Benefits:
Competitive BASE SALARY + COMMISSION compensation structure. First year earnings are between $70K – $90K and second year earnings are typically around $110K +and continue increasing. (Base salary typically around $60k)
We pay 100% of health care. We have unlimited vacation time. Business hours are 8AM – 5PM and we take a 2 hour lunch every day between 11:30AM – 1:30PM. We have a beautiful new, modern office space in Arlington, VA with ping-pong, foosball, Spikeball, electric skateboards and a putting green.
