The IT Senior System Engineer – MSP will create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation related to supported systems. The IT Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) – MSP must have the ability to perform with a high level of autonomy and come with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. The IT Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) – MSP will support O365/Azure deployments and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) projects. You will also lead as the technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems.

IT Senior System Engineer (Hybrid) – MSP Duties & Requirements:

Excellent oral/written communication skills (emphasis on technical communication) in a business environment.
Experience providing customer service on-site and remotely to our valued partners.
Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i. e. installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..)
Design, Implement, and Support storage area networks (SANs)
Design, implementation, and support services for hosted and cloud solutions for customers, using technologies (Office 365, Azure, AWS, etc.)
Support both AWS/Azure infrastructures
Remote access solutions: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
Design, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
