IT Senior Systems Engineer – MSP Experience:
- End User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
- MUST HAVE 3 + YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy, good if you are familiar with Citrix
- Azure deployments
- Active Directory and Group Policy creation
- O365/G-suite/Azure Migrations
- Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
- VMware and/or Hyper-V experience
- P2V migration experience
- 3+ years of project implementation as a network engineer or network administrator
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall; Ubiquiti)
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching and Firewalls, and other network appliances
