- A point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
- Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets
- Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal
IT Service Coordinator (Connectwise) Requirements:
- MSP experience is REQUIRED
- Experience with Connectwise or Autotask or Kaseya
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer care
