We are hiring a IT Service Coordinator (Connectwise) to help us continue our focus on customer experience. The IT Service Coordinator (Connectwise) will manage all inbound user requests and assign tickets, communicate directly with clients, coordinate the dispatch of technician, and make sure all incidents and issues are logged accordingly.

IT Service Coordinator (Connectwise) Responsibilities: 

  • A point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
  • Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets
  • Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal

IT Service Coordinator (Connectwise) Requirements: 

  • MSP experience is REQUIRED
  • Experience with Connectwise or Autotask or Kaseya
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer care
