IT Service Desk Specialist (MSP) Technical Focus:
- Level 1 IT support of Cloud, Servers, and Desktops for both SMBs and Enterprise Clients, providing high-touch customer service via walking colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical issues remotely or in person.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, (Citrix & Hyper-V welcome), Dell, HP, Azure Entra ID, ConnectWise Manage/Automate/ ITGlue
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers, both physical and virtual
- Participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings when necessary
- Basic TCP/IP understanding of network switches, firewalls, security appliances, WiFi, etc.
