IT Service Desk Support (MSP)

We are currently seeking IT Service Desk Support (MSP) to join our fun and collaborative team!

The IT Service Desk Support (MSP) will be joining a well established Managed Service Provider who has been in business for 20 years and has their hands around the Dallas area.

The IT Service Desk Support (MSP) will be responsible for troubleshooting client backup systems, building and deploying client workstations, and fielding helpdesk calls.

IT Service Desk Support (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Complete remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
  • Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level
  • Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications/operating systems

IT Service Desk Support (MSP) Requirements:

  • 6 months- 1 year experience working for a Managed Service Provider
  • 6 months- 1 year experience with ConnectWise
  • Familiar with active directory, O365 troubleshooting, and providing desktop support
