IT Service Desk Support (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Complete remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
- Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level
- Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications/operating systems
IT Service Desk Support (MSP) Requirements:
- 6 months- 1 year experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- 6 months- 1 year experience with ConnectWise
- Familiar with active directory, O365 troubleshooting, and providing desktop support
