IT Service Desk Technician (ConnectWise) Overview:

We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Technician (ConnectWise) with previous MSP experience. This is NOT an entry level position. Successful IT Service Desk Technician (ConnectWise) applicants should have experience with ConnectWise, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Windows Server, VMware, firewall troubleshooting/administration, and Azure Entra ID.

IT Service Desk Technician (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Basic troubleshooting of workstations and printer issues
  • Network connectivity problem
  • Mail-flow complications
  • Active Directory and Group Policy requests
  • Firewall configuration (including basic LAN/WAN and vLAN configuration and troubleshooting)
  • Server deployments (physical and ESXi)
  • Server and email migrations on a team
  • Server troubleshooting and all things networking
  • Azure Entra ID administration
