IT Service Desk Technician (MSP):

Due to our growth, we are looking to add an IT Service Desk Technician (MSP) to our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with N-Able, N-Central, or ConnectWise, as well as Windows 2012, 2016, and newer. The IT Service Desk Technician (MSP) should be proficient in AD and Azure AD user management, have basic PC installation and troubleshooting skills, and be capable of configuring various services and applications. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of Apple support, Windows OS, M365, Azure AD, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls, and network infrastructure, including DNS services.
Previous MSP experience is required.
IT Service Desk Technician (MSP) should have experience with a majority of the following:
- N-Able, N-Central, ConnectWise experience
- Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019
- AD User management, backup/restore and patching
- Azure AD User management, OneDrive and SharePoint user support
- Basic installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs
- Configure file, print and remote access services
- Basic administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions, check event logs, configure and restore from backup
- Enterprise E-mail
- Office 365 Suite
- Apple Support
- Required: Windows 7/8/10/11
- Troubleshooting and configuration
- Configuration of standard Outlook, Teams and collaboration tools
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MSOffice Suite
applications per customer’s preferences - Ability to configure TCP/IP and troubleshooting Internet connectivity
- Experience with and understanding of routers and firewalls
- Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
- Understanding of DNS services
