IT Service Desk Tier II (MSP) Qualifications:
- Server OS and associated technologies experience – (Server 2008 +, Exchange 2010+, PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of DNS and how it affects network and servers
- 2+ years MSP experience REQUIRED
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations, troubleshooting and setup
- Network administration and configuration (Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or SonicWall, preferred.)
- Switch installation, configuration and troubleshooting with VLAN configuration.
- Knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies VMware OR hyperV
- Experience with Azure preferred
- ConnectWise experience preferred
