IT Service Field Technician (Ticket Crasher) MSP Duties:
- Experience troubleshooting and administering M365
- Experience troubleshooting MacBooks, Chromebooks, and PCs
- Analyzing remote monitoring reports to identify capacity and performance issues and remediate them
- Experience working with Kaysea, VM, and ConnectWise is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly & be a team player
- Assist the service desk team in design and development tasks
- Ability to work in fast pace environment and ready to get hands-on experience
