IT Solutions Architect (Azure) – MSP Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Conduct analysis of client infrastructure, applications, and business processes to architect effective and scalable solutions.
- Design system architectures, create solution blueprints, and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Provide recommendations on Microsoft Azure platform services, solutions, and best practices.
- Lead solution presentations and engage in technical discussions with clients
- Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement recommendations.
IT Solutions Architect (Azure) – MSP Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within an MSP or IT consulting environment.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
- In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, application architectures, and integration methodologies.
- Strong communication and consultative skills in order to explain technology solutions to technical and non technical people
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or similar, are highly advantageous.
