IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies)

We are seeking a IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies) to join our fun and collaborative team! The IT Helpdesk Engineer (MSP) will work on both Level 1 and some Level 2 issues on the Service Desk.

IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies) Responsibilities:

  • Courteous, knows when to escalate, closing high volume of tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on the use of various software and hardware applications
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as required
  • Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of client IT systems
  • Manage and administer cloud services, such as Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure, for clients
  • Monitor and optimize cloud services to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Implement security measures to protect client data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to develop and implement cloud migration strategies for clients

IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies) Requirements: 

  • Comfortable with multiple technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows Operating Systems
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting multiple clients/different environments
  • Minimum of 1 year of MSP experience
  • Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure experience
