IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies)
We are seeking a IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies) to join our fun and collaborative team! The IT Helpdesk Engineer (MSP) will work on both Level 1 and some Level 2 issues on the Service Desk.

IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies) Responsibilities:
- Courteous, knows when to escalate, closing high volume of tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including hardware and software problems
- Provide guidance and support to clients on the use of various software and hardware applications
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as required
- Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of client IT systems
- Manage and administer cloud services, such as Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure, for clients
- Monitor and optimize cloud services to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Implement security measures to protect client data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to develop and implement cloud migration strategies for clients
IT Support Engineer L1 (Cloud Technologies) Requirements:
- Comfortable with multiple technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows Operating Systems
- Software and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience supporting multiple clients/different environments
- Minimum of 1 year of MSP experience
- Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure experience
