IT Support Engineer Level 1 (Windows/Azure) Technology Experience:
- Qualify client issues and open support tickets
- Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets
- Service ticket follow-up/quality assurance
- O365 Account Management and Licensing Experience
- Computer Repair
- Networking Basic Skills (managing a small office router, access point, and switch)
- Basic understanding of firewalls (does not have to be able to manage them- CTC can teach that)
- Helping Clients Select Products
- Can communicate clearly in person, phone, and by email
- Experience with basic functional use of a ticketing system.
- Some understanding of VOIP (3XC a major plus)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications a major plus
- Tenure at previous positions is very important to us
