IT Support Engineer Level 2 (Managed Services) Experience and Skills:
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- TCP/IP networking stack, switches, routers and firewalls
- Peripheral devices, including network printers, scanners, etc.
- Anti-Virus and malware protection solutions
- Cloud computing infrastructure (Azure)
- ConnectWise Manage Experience preferred
- Previous experience working for a MSP
