IT Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP) Overview:

The IT Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP) will handle escalated level 2 tickets via ConnectWise and Autotask as well as assist Engineers on project work. As a IT Support Engineer – Partial WFH (MSP) you should be well versed with Windows Server, M365 administration, Active Directory, backup solutions (Datto, Infrascale, etc), Azure, and Network Administration.

We are only considering applicants with previous MSP experience for this position!

IT Support Engineer Level 2 (MSP) Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Verifiable experience with Microsoft Servers – AD, DNS, etc.
  • Verifiable experience with Microsoft Cloud Offerings – Azure, M365, VDI, etc.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise Backup Solutions – BDR’s, DATTO, Infrascale, etc.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office (on-premise and M365)
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 Professional
  • Experience using a PSA tool, such as AutoTask, ConnectWise
  • Experience using an RMM tool, such as ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, etc.
  • Experience with firewalls, managed switches, VPNs, VLANs, etc. (Sophos, Ubiquiti, Aruba InstantOn, etc.)
