IT Support Engineer Technician – MSP Experience:
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Troubleshooting of modern networks including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider/tech experience
- 1-2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person in a technical support role.
- Have experience with PSA and RMM tools such as Kaseya, ConnectWise, Continuum, Labtech or N-Able
- Experience working with Windows OS 10, and macOS
- Troubleshooting of multi-site Active Directory 2008R2/2012/2016 environments
- Troubleshooting of Office365 & Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 environments
- Troubleshooting of on-premises networks with multiple WAN and VLAN configurations
- Troubleshooting of virtualization environments
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop Technologies
- Experience with networks (SonicWall, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, etc.)
