IT Support Specialist Minimum Experience and Other required experience:
- Must have experience working for MSP (Managed Service Provider)
- Knowledge and understanding of the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Basic Hardware Troubleshooting
- Experience with at least one of the following RMM tools: ConnectWise (Preferred), Autotask, or Kaseya
- Great communication skills and eagerness to work with the latest technologies!
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Recommending new technologies and solutions to proactively support the clients’ environment
- Testing and evaluating network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
- Recommending and building systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support both remotely and on-site
