- 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
- Autotask/Datto/ITGlue experience
- Network support (WatchGuard/Barracuda/Aruba) preferred
- Windows OS & Windows Server experience
- Experience troubleshooting & administering M365
- Experience supporting Azure Entra ID
