IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 ( MSP) Day to Day
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and cloud offerings, as well as virtual environments
- Troubleshooting workstation, networking, and server issues remotely
- Manage and support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Technical support of networking equipment: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Maintain and create documentation for hardware, applications, and SOP’s
IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 ( MSP) Job Requirements:
- 1+ years working for a Managed Service Provider Experience required*
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure AD a plus
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 – E-mail, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Experience with Remote access and VPN solutions
- Experience supporting Windows 2016/2012/2008/servers
- Installation and configuration of applications for a network environment.
- Backup systems including StorageCraft, Datto, and other backup Systems
