IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Complete remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
- Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level
- Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications/operating systems
IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (MSP) Requirements:
- 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED***
- 1+ years experience with ConnectWise OR Autotask
- 2-5 years working with active directory, O365 administration and Windows OS
- CCNA a major plus
