IT Support Specialist Tier II (MSP)

The IT Support Specialist Tier II (MSP) will be joining a Cloud Consulting, Hosting and Managed Services firm that has grown from from 25 employees to currently 60+ employees in the last 5 years.

The IT Support Specialist Tier II (MSP) will maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and network infrastructures. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The ideal IT Support Specialist Tier II (MSP) should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, communicate effectively and make sure client technology infrastructures runs smoothly and efficiently.

IT Support Specialist Tier II (MSP):

  • 2+ years Managed Service Provider experience REQUIRED
  • Experience in administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based networks
  • Experience with Exchange 2013/2016
  • Office 365 and Microsoft Azure experience (administration and assisting with migrations)
  • Virtualization technology experience with VMware or HyperV¬† (P2V migrations, troubleshooting, administration)
  • Server maintenance and support, including MS Virtual Server Solutions
