IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and configure core computer network components
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to incoming technical support tickets from our clients using ConnectWise
- Work with the team to ensure tickets assigned are responded to in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate tickets.
- Document troubleshooting steps and help come up with improvement processes.
IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 1+ years experience with O365 and Active Directory
- ConnectWise experience preferred
- 6 months+ MSP experience required
