IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise)

We are are customer-oriented Managed Service Provider that has been providing white glove support to our SMB client base for over 15 years. We provide a broad range of services to customize solutions to fit our clients unique requirements.

Currently, we are looking for an IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise) to join our growing service desk team! The IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise) will be taking on tickets through ConnectWise and will gain exposure to the projects team after the first 6 months. This is a great opportunity for a junior IT professional to gain exposure to various technology including cloud and to grow into a tier 2 role within the first year.

IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and configure core computer network components
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Respond to incoming technical support tickets from our clients using ConnectWise
Work with the team to ensure tickets assigned are responded to in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate tickets.
Document troubleshooting steps and help come up with improvement processes.

IT Support Technician – (ConnectWise) Requirements:

Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
1+ years experience with O365 and Active Directory
ConnectWise experience preferred
6 months+ MSP experience required
