- Preparing Client workstations (builds and deployments)
- Make recommendations to clients
- Improve and maintain client network systems
- Act as an escalation point on the service desk

IT Support Tier II (Escalation Engineer) – MSP
- 5+ years experience in engineering
- 3+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Experience working with ConnectWise highly preferred
- Configuring firewalls and completing routing and switching for various types of network equipment.
- VMWare
- Window Server configurations, VM and clustering
