IT System Administrator (Hybrid) – MSP

We are a well established IT Cloud Service Provider that has been around since 2006. We have expanded our business across the DMV and support all different type of clients. In order to keep up with our rapid growth especially this past year we are seeking to hire IT System Administrator (Hybrid) – MSP to join us Full-time, permanently. We offer a hybrid work schedule, health, dental, vision and we also offer tuition reimbursement.

We are currently seeking a IT System Administrator (Hybrid) – MSP to join our team full-time. The IT System Administrator (Hybrid) – MSP would be responsible for providing desktop and end-user technical support to our clients.

You will review tickets, monitor dashboards, and respond to incidents promptly. You will handle any escalate ticket and assist with special projects as assigned. You must have the desire to learn on the job and handle any challenge thrown at them. This role promotes internal growth and grow into senior roles.

IT System Administrator (Hybrid) – MSP Experience:

Knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Monitoring Software (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Datto)
Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Window Server, DNS, DHCP VPN
Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions, Firewalls, VMWare servers, Citrix servers, Printer Servers, and Office 365
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Email Support and Mailbox Administration
Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each ticket
Experience with servers, routers, switches, and other networking devices
General knowledge in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks
Server and workstation hardware and software, including Windows and Mac
Installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair
Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
