IT System Administrator (L2) – MSP Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot a range of IT systems, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 and Azure, VOIP, firewalls (Watchguard, Fortinet, SonicWall), network switching, SD-WAN/LAN, BDR services, Windows Server, EDR and MFA applications, MS Office applications, and structured cabling.
- Conduct on-site visits as needed for installation, troubleshooting, and training of Voice and IT systems.
- Technical background and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, VOIP, firewalls, networking, Windows Server, and related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle urgent requests effectively
