IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP

In order to keep up with our business need we seek a IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP to join us full on-time. The IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP will work along with Senior Engineer who will give you the training and the opportunity to work on projects. This role will give you the opportunity to be internal promoted within a year. IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP will be working closely with O365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Azure. You will be supporting migration, deployments or any other type of project that might assigned to you in a team setting. You will be support Senior Engineer on any going projects and getting hands on experience with new technologies. You will also be supporting any escalated tickets or issues that might arise. If you have experience with MAC OS, PowerShell or iOS that will be a bonus.

IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting onboarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Experience with working with Azure Virtual Desktops
  • Experience working with the Cisco Unity VoIP system or any other Cisco products
  • Deploy software, run updates, and maintain Android and Apple devices used in warehouse management
  • Extensive experience working with Windows OS and Windows Server 2008-2019
  • Knowledge and experience working with Hyper V, Networking, and Firewalls
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot network equipment including routers, switches, and firewall

IT System Administrator Level 2 (Hybrid) MSP Salary & Benefits:
