IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) MSP

We are a long-standing IT Manager Service Provider who has been in business since the late 90s. We specialize in supporting small to medium size businesses across Chicago. We are seeking an IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) MSP to join our team. We offer a health plan, generous PTO, disability insurance, and educational reimbursements. The IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) MSP must have the drive to want to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working alongside clients and occasionally supporting project consultations. You will be working closely with VMware, ConnectWise, SQL, and M365. You will also assist the senior engineers on deployments and migrations.

IT System Administrator (Mid-Level Support) MSP Duties:

Configuring, maintaining, and supporting client IT infrastructure (hardware and online services)
Troubleshooting M365 and Office365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
Configuring Windows Server tools (PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy)
Basic configuration, management, troubleshooting, and ability to deploy software-based network services
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
Experience with Configuration, Deploying, and Supporting Firewalls Including VPN and Site to Site VPN Configurations is a plus
Scripting experience including PowerShell and Batch is a plus
