IT System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Take Service Desk Calls as well as be the escalation point for our Tier I Service Desk team.
- Configure, set up, and install desktop and laptop PCs.
- Provide support for multiple security tools and assist end-users with security-related issues
- Administration of M365
- Implement, and Support Azure infrastructure
- Interface with account managers to develop strategic roadmaps and projects
- Scripting knowledge is a plus
IT System Administrator (MSP) Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Windows Servers
- Mid level to advanced level experience with M365, and Azure including administration and migrations
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider supporting multiple external businesses is a requirement*
- Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
- Mid-level networking experience to include supporting and configuring firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco, or Fortinet experience a plus)
