IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP)

We are a growing and stable Managed Service Provider looking to hire in response to growth. We value our employees and lead through collaboration and communication (no micro managing here!)

The IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) will be closing tickets on the service desk and working on some project-based work (migrations, cloud, etc.) This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more backend system administration exposure and work along side senior engineers on project based work.

IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:

Manage servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Manage virtualization technologies Vmware & HyperV
Tier 2 service desk support
Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations
System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise and IT Glue

IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Skills/ Experience:

Active Directory and Group Policy creation
Microsoft 365, Public cloud experience (Azure)
VMware ESXi or Hyper-V, P2V migrations
Knowledge in Windows Server Administration.
EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER**
PowerShell scripting (a plus)
