- Lead cloud infrastructure evaluation and implementation projects for clients.
- Act as the last escalation point for the Engineering team for all technical issues.
- Set up and configuring network environments from A-Z
- Complete Windows Server deployments, virtualization via VMware/Hyper, and O365/Azure migrations
IT System Engineer (MSP) Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
- Advanced in Microsoft Azure / Intune configuration and administration
- Expert in Microsoft 365 and Exchange
- Expert in Microsoft Windows (server and desktop)
- Expert in Networking connectivity & related equipment including routers, managed switches, VLANs, WLANs, NAT, etc.
- Expert in SonicWALL firewalls
- Expert in Virtualization (Citrix/Microsoft/VMWare) configuration and administration
- Advanced in Veeam Backup and Replication
