IT System Engineer – Tier II (Hybrid) MSP

We are a long-standing IT Manager Service Provider who has been in business since the late 90s. We specialize in supporting small to medium size businesses across CHI. We are seeking an IT System Engineer – Tier II (Hybrid) MSP to join our team and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment. The IT System Engineer -Tier II (Hybrid) MSP must have the drive to want to expand their knowledge in virtualizations and network. The IT System Engineer -Tier II (Hybrid) MSP will be working closely with VMware, Hyper-V and handling automate networking tasks.

IT System Engineer – Tier II (Hybrid) MSP Duties:

Configuring, maintaining, and supporting client IT infrastructure (hardware and online services)
Troubleshooting M365 and Office365 applications (Intune, Exchange, etc.)
Configuring Windows Server tools (PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy)
Basic configuration, management, troubleshooting, and ability to deploy software-based network services
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
Experience with Configuration, Deploying, and Supporting Firewalls Including VPN and Site to Site VPN Configurations is a plus
Scripting experience including PowerShell and Batch is a plus
