IT System Support Technician (Escalation Point) – MSP Do:
- Support and experience working with Cloud products: (Office 365, OneDrive, Azure).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms.
- Support of disaster recovery solutions. (Datto)
- Configuring, Installing and Supporting routers, firewalls, switches & servers (VLAN, SonicWall)
- Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V (creating new virtual machines, changing resource allocations, etc.)
- Experience configuring VoIP systems.
