IT Technician Level 1.5 – Managed Service Provider
As an Helpdesk Support Level 1.5 – Managed Service Provider, you’ll be responsible for resolving technical issues remotely or on-site (as needed). We offer a competitive salary, full benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company!
- Responsible for supporting our clients and resolving technical issues that arise within their environments
- Working with L3 engineers to assist with cloud migrations
- Providing first-level technical support, analysis, and troubleshooting while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working on Azure AD and GPs
IT Technician Level 1.5 – Managed Service Provider Requirements:
- MSP industry experience – minimum of 1 year
- Enjoys working with customers and learning from senior-level engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols and topology
- Ability to work independently and in a team setup with minimal supervision
- Experience with MSP tools and solutions such as ConnectWise or Kaseya
- Basic Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare
IT Technician Level 1.5 – Managed Service Provider Benefits:
