IT Technician Level 2 (Hybrid) – Managed Service Provider Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for supporting our clients and resolving technical issues that arise within their environments
  • Working with L3 engineers to assist with cloud migrations
  • Managing and maintaining complex IT systems, including servers, networks, and security protocols
  • Installing and configuring software and hardware, managing and monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate documentation

IT Technician Level 2 (Hybrid) – Managed Service Provider Requirements: 

  • MSP industry experience – minimum of 1 year 
  • Enjoys working with customers and learning from senior-level engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols and topology
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setup with minimal supervision
  • Experience with MSP tools and solutions such as ConnectWise or Kaseya
  • Basic Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare

IT Technician Level 2 (Hybrid) – Managed Service Provider Benefits:
