Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator (L1) – MSP Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience providing IT support to end-users
  • Proficiency in the administration of M365 and the M365 product suite
  • Experience with Active Directory administration, implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy, and AD topologies
  • Understanding of VoIP technologies, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with ConnectWise and IT Glue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to obtain certifications within a designated timeframe after onboarding: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, or CompTIA Security+

Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator (L1) – MSP Salary & Benefits:

  • 3 weeks of paid time off per year, plus 9 paid holidays with Telework holidays
  • Certification Reimbursement Training Program: Earn a $500-$2000 bonus per certification and select two of the following for each certification: training time (take a week off paid to learn for the certification), testing fees paid for, or a bonus
