Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator (L1) – MSP Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience providing IT support to end-users
- Proficiency in the administration of M365 and the M365 product suite
- Experience with Active Directory administration, implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy, and AD topologies
- Understanding of VoIP technologies, administration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with ConnectWise and IT Glue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to obtain certifications within a designated timeframe after onboarding: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, or CompTIA Security+
Junior IT Helpdesk Administrator (L1) – MSP Salary & Benefits:
