Junior System Administrator / Helpdesk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Technical Experience:
- Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 and 2022 Server roles
- Administer, manage, support and maintain Windows Desktops, Microsoft 365, and Azure
- Supporting VMware and Hyper-V environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory GPO support, and domain administration.
- Networking, Cisco, SonicWall, Network Security
- ConnectWise or similar MSP tools
