Junior System Administrator (Onsite & Remote Support) MSP

We are seeking a Junior System Administrator (Onsite & Remote Support) MSP to join our growing team!

You will be joining a prestigious IT company at the forefront of Cloud and Proactive Managed Services. We have a family-like company culture and put a major emphasis on employee development and work/life balance.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record to develop, implement, and support various initiatives in the area of IT Support.

This is a hybrid position consisting of 2-3 days on client sites in the five boroughs, 2-3 days WFH, and a few times a month reporting to the office located in Rochelle Park, NJ.

Junior System Administrator (Onsite & Remote Support) MSP Experience:

Problem investigation, troubleshooting and resolution. Master of Desktop Support and customer service.
MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER*
2+ Years experience with O365, Windows, Active Directory, ConnectWise, IT Glue, Firewalls, etc.
