As an L2 Application Support Engineer (Local WFH) MSP, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic Support team, with a primary focus on managing and supporting data protection application solutions such as backup, replication, and disaster recovery.

L2 Application Support Engineer (Local WFH) MSP Duties:

Knowledge of backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, VMWare, SAN, and recovery technology.
Experience with at least one of the following applications: Commvault, Druva, Datto, or Acronis.
Troubleshoot data protection application issues, with knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMWare, SAN, and recovery technology
Configure, upgrade, and maintain managed data protection applications.
Participate in projects for new customer implementations and application upgrades
Support managed data protection applications, including backup, replication, and disaster recovery
