Level 2.5 Support Engineer (MSP Division)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Level 2.5 Support Engineer (MSP Division) to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Azure, RMM tools, some project work, VMware or Hyper V, and Windows servers. The role will require hands-on technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting IT environments, providing excellent customer service to clients, and playing an integral role in the smooth operation of our client’s business technology stack.

Level 2.5 Support Engineer (MSP Division) Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/2.5 support to clients through our managed service offering through phone, email, and remote desktop support channels
- Work on assigned project tasks and complete project tasks within specific timeframes
- Troubleshoot and maintain server infrastructure and network components in a virtualized environment utilizing VMWare/Hyper V and Azure technologies.
Level 2.5 Support Engineer (MSP Division) Requirements:
- Experience working with RMM tools such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, IT Glue, or Autotask
- Managed services experience, preferably with a multi-client MSP service provider
- Experience with Windows Server 2012-2019 environments
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure using Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, and Network – experience with virtualization technologies including VMware or Hyper V
- Experience with RMM solutions like ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya, SolarWinds, or others

Level 2.5 Support Engineer (MSP Division) Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 plus quarterly bonuses
